Service Appointments

Scheduling

When scheduling a service appointment, you agree to:

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept:

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring safe access to the appliance
  • Removing valuable or fragile items from the service area
  • Supervising children and pets during service

Service Area

We provide service within the following areas:

  • Greater Vancouver Area
  • Fraser Valley
  • Additional areas subject to travel fees

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property and protected by copyright laws.

Changes to Terms
