Service Appointments
Scheduling
When scheduling a service appointment, you agree to:

- Be available during the scheduled service window
- Provide safe access to the appliance
- Inform us of any special conditions or requirements
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
Pricing and Payment
Our pricing structure includes:
- Service call fee

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept:

Warranties and Guarantees

- 90-day warranty on labor

Liability Limitations

- Pre-existing conditions of appliances
- Damage not caused by our service
- Consequential damages
- Delays due to parts availability
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the appliance and issue
- Ensuring safe access to the appliance
- Removing valuable or fragile items from the service area
- Supervising children and pets during service
Service Area
We provide service within the following areas:
- Greater Vancouver Area
- Fraser Valley
- Additional areas subject to travel fees
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property and protected by copyright laws.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
