Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have several rights regarding your personal data:

Right to Access

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data and to verify the lawfulness of our processing.

Right to Rectification

You can request that we correct any inaccurate personal data or complete any incomplete personal data we hold about you.

Right to Erasure

Also known as 'the right to be forgotten', you can request that we delete your personal data in certain circumstances.

Right to Restrict Processing

You can request that we limit the way we use your personal data in certain circumstances.

Right to Data Portability

You can request that we transfer your personal data to another service provider in a machine-readable format.

Right to Object

You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.

Rights Related to Automated Decision Making

You have the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, that has legal or significant effects on you.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, please:

• Write to us at our registered address

We will respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally, it may take us longer if your request is particularly complex or you have made several requests.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are not processing your personal data in accordance with the law, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
